Worked with ALG for a whole week with a young person who was struggling with his mental health on behalf of Conway council in Wales, they not only offered security to keep the young person safe they went the extra mile and provided excellent emotional support to the young person, the staff put a lot of effort into getting to know the young person and each and every one of the 8 different staff built up a great relationship with the young person which helped settle him and minimise the risks. Despite the high risks and the challenges involved they worked tirelessly round the clock to ensure his safety. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff and there ability to emphasise with the young person.
